A standardized questionnaire will guide the interview, which will be conducted in person by an assigned Connect Sarnia staff member at a mutually convenient time. Volunteer applicants must provide the following documentation:

and Statement of Faith Agreement

Police Information Check
To safeguard both individuals and the organization, all prospective volunteers must submit a
current, satisfactory Police Records & Judicial Matters Check before commencing their roles.
Additional requirements include:
● Volunteers must be at least 18 years of age.
● The Police Information Check must be dated within the past six months.
● It is the applicant’s responsibility to obtain and pay for the police check
Upon completion of the screening process, applicants will receive a timely decision regarding the status of their application. Successful candidates will be assigned to a time shift and report to their designated Team Lead.
